This policy explains how Stoneswood Homes Limited (“Stoneswood Homes”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses your personal information when you contact us through this website. We are the data controller for that information.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we collect the details you give us:

  • your name and email address;
  • the development you’re interested in, if you tell us; and
  • the content of your message.

We do not collect this information unless you choose to send it. The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use Vercel Analytics to understand how many people visit which pages; it does not use cookies and does not collect information that identifies you personally.

How and why we use it

We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry and to discuss our homes and developments with you. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and taking steps at your request before entering into any agreement.

Who we share it with

We share your enquiry only where necessary to respond to it:

  • David Britton Estates, who handle sales enquiries on our behalf; and
  • Supabase, our hosting provider, which stores enquiry data securely on our behalf as a data processor.

We never sell your information or share it for marketing by third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting relationship, after which it is deleted.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct or erase your personal information, to object to or restrict its use, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
